All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom, print-on-demand nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect sizing, change of mind, or personal preference. Please review our size charts carefully before placing your order.

Inspect Your Order Upon Delivery

We encourage all customers to inspect their order immediately upon receipt. Check for any damage, defects, or incorrect items before discarding any packaging. Prompt inspection ensures you can act within our claim window if needed.

Check Your Size Before You Order

All of our products are made to order. We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to sizing. Please refer to our size chart on each product page before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect (wrong item sent), we will make it right at no cost to you.

To qualify:

  • Submit your claim within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Provide your order number and clear photos showing the issue
  • Contact us promptly at support@christianteesbyvf.com — do not delay

Resolution

Approved claims will receive either:

  • A replacement item shipped at no additional cost, or
  • A full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Non-Eligible Claims

The following are not eligible:

  • Sizing issues or change of mind
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
  • Claims submitted after the 30-day window

We want to resolve any issues quickly and fairly. The sooner you contact us, the sooner we can help. Delays in reporting may affect your eligibility for a resolution.
